Changes in TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB mRNA expression in intestinal tissue in each group at 48h after the operation (n = 8). TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB mRNA expression were markedly decreased in the Uti group in intestinal tissue. In contrast, LPS injection increased TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB mRNA expression compared with the Uti group. *P < 0.01 vs. Con. &P < 0.05 vs. Uti.
