Immunofluorescence staining showed the localization changes of AQP1 in neurons before and after surgery. (A-D) There was no obvious co-labeling between AQP1 and neuronal marker NeuN in Naive group. (E-H) On the 3rd day post-surgery, the co-labeling of AQP1 and neuronal marker NeuN increased significantly. (I-L) The co-labeling of AQP1 and the neuronal marker NeuN increased significantly on the 7th day post-surgery. (M-P) There was no obvious co-labeling between AQP1 and neuronal marker NeuN on the 14th day post-surgery
