Summary of the study population. All patients underwent MPS. According to the results of MPS and the proposed criteria in the text, CAG was performed on 26 patients. Based on the results of CAG, two patients, who both had moderate ischemia on MPS, were excluded from the study as they turned out to be PCI or CABG candidates, and their NCS surgeries were postponed for six months
