The CONSORT Flow Diagram In TEA/PCIA group, three patients failed to receive an epidural puncture, four patients withdraw from the research due to postoperative abdominal infection and haemorrhage. In TEA group, five patients failed to receive an epidural puncture, three were transferred to the ICU due to surgery complications, and one patient withdrew due to the changes in surgical protocols.
