Aerobic exercise inhibited the assembly and activity of the NLRP3 inflammasome induced by mechanical ventilation. (A) The protein levels of P-PKCɑ, ASC, procaspase-1, caspase-1, pro-IL-1β and IL-1β were detected by Western blotting. When we performed WB, the blots were cut prior to hybridization with antibodies, and we developed strips of different proteins on the same PVDF film separately.
