Surgery could upregulated miR-320 and downregulated IGF-1mRNA in hippocampal samples from animals on the 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th day following surgery(A-B). The agomir-320 could upregulated miR-320 and downregulated IGF-1 mRNA in the hippocampus of aged rats on the 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th day following surgery.
