Surgery could upregulate APP protein in hippocampal samples from animals on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day following surgery (A-C). The agomir-320 could upregulate APP protein in the hippocampus of aged rats on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day following surgery. The injection with antagomir-320 following splenectomy could deregulate APP protein in the hippocampus of aged rats on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day following surgery.
