2. | ACT >ā160ās =ā>ā5000āIE Protamin (once) |
3. | PTTā>ā60ās =ā>āFFP units (kg body weight)a or if Quick <ā50% |
4. | Platelets count <100,103/Ī¼l =ā>ā1 platelet concentrate |
5. | Fibrinogen <1,2āg/l =ā>ā2āg Fibrinogen |
6. | Ī±2-Antiplasmin <80% =ā>ā2 Mio IE Aprotinin / 2āg Tranexamic acid |
Ā | ā¢ In case of persistent bleeding -ā>āre-testing according to (1) and further therapy as suggested by the protocol. ā¢ 2000āIE PPSB if INRā>ā2.0 and known liver dysfunction or previous Coumadin therapy. ā¢ 2000āIE AT3 if an increase >ā50% (prothrombin time) is not to be expected via FFP-substitution. |
