Treatment: M2 means venous injection of Midazolam 2 mg; P200 means continuous intravenous infusion of Propofol 200 mg with the rate of 3 mg.kg-1.h−1; D0.5 means continuous intravenous infusion of Dexmedetomidine with the rate of 0.5 μg.kg-1.h−1; V means mechanical ventilation. Dosage of local anesthtic: 0.4%Ropivacaine+ 0.4% Lidocaine, 3 mg/kg);
