Columns correspond to samples and are labeled to indicate whether they represent samples from the etomidate group (E) or the propofol group (P). Each row corresponds to an individual miR. The miR names are given on the right, while the dendrogram for miR clustering is displayed on the left. The color key displays miR expression variance: red indicates a higher gene expression, green indicates lower expression, and black indicates the median value.
