Pain score (NRS) during 48 h after surgery in group C, D1, and D2. Variables presented as mean standard deviation. The NRS score at rest during the first 8 h after surgery was significantly lower in group D1 compared with group C (P = 0.012). The NRS scores with movement at 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 h after surgery were significantly lower compared group D1 with group C (P = < 0.001, < 0.001, 0.010, 0.032, 0.024, 0.006, respectively). At the same time, compared with group C, group D2 also show significantly lower NRS scores with movement at 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 h (P = < 0.001, 0.002, 0.005, 0.027, 0.001, 0.028, respectively).
