Wild-type (WT) and soluble epoxide hydrolase gene knock out (EPHX2−/−) mice exposed to room air or 100% oxygen for 72 h were euthanized. Heme oxygenase (HO)-1 activity (a), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (b), 11,12-dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids (DHETs) and 14,15-DHETs levels (c), 11,12-epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) and 14,15-EETs levels (d) were measured.
