The relation between the release of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α and the expression of HMGB1 in supernatants of RAW 264.7 cells. a After propofol intervention in RAW 264.7 cells, the secretion of IL-6 and HMGB1 expression in RAW 264.7 cells had a close linear correlation (p < 0.05); with the decline in HMGB1 expression, IL-6 also showed a downward trend; b The level of IL-8 was correlated with the HMGB1 expression after propofol intervention (p < 0.05), showing a synchronous decrease; c The secretion of TNF-α and HMGB1 expression also showed the same trend of decrease, indicating a linear correlation (p < 0.05).
