AP mean arterial pressure, CO cardiac output, CVP central venous pressure, PWP pulmonary wedge pressure, R systemic arterial resistance, V stressed blood volume, S Frank-Starling slope of the left ventricle, Ht hematocrit, SaO 2 arterial oxygen saturation, SvO 2 mixed venous oxygen saturation.
