Regulation of astrocytic TREK-1 influenced the expression of BDNF in cultured astrocytes after isoflurane exposure. The TREK-1 (a, N = 5) and BDNF (b, N = 5) mRNA levels were analysed by qRT-PCR in TREK-1 overexpression and knock-down models. a and b were treated with different doses of isoflurane (0%, 2.4%, and 3.6%) for 9 h.
