Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves showing the ability of change in serum sodium level to predict clinical manifestations of transurethral resection syndrome. ROC analysis showed that the optimal cutoff value for change in serum sodium concentration was 7.4 mmol/l, and that the optimal cutoff value for percent change was 7.0%.
