A single administration of DAPT (50 μM, 10 μL, i.t.) was 0.5 h before SNI operation. The mechanical mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) was measured at 24 h before (baseline) as well as 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d after SNI or Sham operation.
