  1. High vasopressor requirement defined as the dose of vasopressor needed within 15 minutes of transport to the intensive care unit (norepinephrine >0.05 mcg/kg/min, phenylephrine >40 mcg/min, vasopressin >2 units/min, epinephrine >0.02 mcg/kg/min).
