The incidence and severity of sore throat was significantly lower in Group DR than in Group S, Group D and Group R (*P < 0.05 versus Group S and #P < 0.01 versus Group D and Group R) at 2 h after the operation, but it was only significantly lower in Group DR than in Group S at 24 h after the operation (†P < 0.05)
