After mechanical ventilation with hyperoxia for 4 h, the pathological score of the lung tissues increased significantly as compared with the MV group (P = 0.000). After DFO treatment, the pathological score of the lung tissues decreased significantly as compared with the HMV group (P = 0.001), and it increased significantly as compared with the MV group (P = 0.015)
