Infiltration of CD4+ T cells into the dorsal horn was slightly increased at 1 week. c-Cbl and Cbl-b levels and the number of CD4+ cells infiltrating the ipsilateral dorsal horn area were significantly increased after spinal nerve ligation and peaked at 3 weeks
