Sevoflurane increases brain cGMP levels in WT mice but not in GC-1−/− mice. Brain cGMP levels in wild-type mice (WT) and GC-1−/− mice inhaling 1.2% sevoflurane for 20 min. The control group (O2) breathed O2. Sevoflurane (Sevo) increased whole brain cGMP levels in WT mice, but not in GC-1−/− mice. Data presented as mean ± standard deviation.
