PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) scores at 3 time points in the two groups (*p < 0.05 versus Baseline PSQI). There were no significant differences with regard to the baseline PSQI scores (p = 0.097) between groups. There was no significant differences in the routine group (p = 0.096) in the same period. The PSQI scores returned to the baseline values in both groups, 4.81 ± 1.94 in the sedative group (p = 0.358) and 4.84 ± 2.09 in the routine group (p = 0.161) 1 month after the diagnostic UGE
