  1. Patients in group LR received intraoperative placebo Lactate Ringers’ at a dose of 7.5 ml/kg; Patients in group HES received 6% HES 130/0.4 at a dose of 7.5 ml/kg in the first hour of surgery, and then, Lactate Ringers’ was administrated 5 ml/kg until the end of the surgery.
