Effects of sevoflurane and isoflurane on member translocation of PI3K-C2α and PI3K-p85 in response to KCl. The aortic strips were incubated in the presence of 0, 1.7 %, 3.4 % sevoflurane (SEVO), or 0, 1.2 %, 2.3 % isoflurane (ISO), or 10 uM, 1 mM LY294002 for 15 min before and during exposure to KCl. The amount of PI3K-p85α (A and B) and PI3K-C2α (C and D) on the membrane was expressed as a percentage of the total value (i.e., membrane fraction plus cytosolic fraction). * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01 versus the value in the presence of KCl, ## P < 0.01 compared with the baseline without KCl (n = 7, each)
