  1. Data are presented as N (%).
  2. CA-AKI occurred in 52 patients. 30 patients had acute kidney injury before contrast administration already, by RIFLE criteria. Thus, there were new developed 22 CA-AKI patients within 72Ā hours after contrast use. Baseline means immediately prior to contrast administration.
  3. ICU discharge: average 6.5Ā days after contrast use.
  4. Hospital discharge: average 29Ā days after contrast use.
  5. RIFLE classification.
  6. Risk SCrā€‰Ć—ā€‰1.5, < 0.5Ā ml/kg/hā€‰Ć—ā€‰6Ā h.
  7. Injury SCrā€‰Ć—ā€‰2, < 0.5Ā ml/kg/hā€‰Ć—ā€‰12Ā h.
  8. Failure SCrā€‰Ć—ā€‰3, or SCrā€‰ā‰„ā€‰4Ā mg/dl with an acute riseā€‰>ā€‰0.5Ā mg/dl,< 0.3Ā ml/kg/hā€‰Ć—ā€‰24Ā h or anuriaā€‰Ć—ā€‰12Ā h.
  9. Loss persistent acute renal failureā€‰=ā€‰complete loss of kidney functionā€‰>ā€‰4Ā weeks.
  10. ESKD End-stage kidney diseaseā€‰>ā€‰3Ā months.
  11. CA-AKI contrast-associated acute kidney injury, ICU intensive care unit, RIFLE Risk, Injury, Failure, Loss, and End-stage Kidney, SCr serum creatinine, ESKD end stage kidney disease.
