  2. *Two Chinese subjects (one sugammadex, one neostigmine) had missing times to recovery of the TOF ratio to 0.9. In addition, the Central Independent Adjudication Committee considered the time to recovery of the TOF ratio to 0.9 to be unknown in another six Chinese subjects (three sugammadex, three neostigmine). Values were therefore imputed for these eight subjects.
