  2. The lung mitochondrial Cyt-c protein expression was significantly decreased in the LPS injury group compared to the control group (P < 0.01). In three LPS + NaHS groups, lung mitochondrial Cyt-c protein expression was markedly increased compared to the LPS injury group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The cytosol Cyt-c protein expression was significantly increased in the LPS injury group compared to the control group (P < 0.01). In three LPS + NaHS groups, cytosol Cyt-c protein expression was markedly decreased compared to the LPS injury group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
