The expression of lung mitochondrial Cyt-c and cytosol Cyt-c were detected by Western blotting method. The Cyt-c protein expression of the lung mitochondria was significantly decreased in the LPS injury group compared with the control group (P < 0.01). In the LPS + low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose NaHS group, Cyt-c protein expression of the lung mitochondria was markedly increased compared with the LPS injury group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The Cyt-c protein expression of cytosol was significantly increased in the LPS compared with the control group (P < 0.01).
