Change in systolic blood pressure on the treatment day. Blood pressure was recorded on the day of treatment before and during application of lidocaine 2.5%/prilocaine 2.5% cream, during NGX-4010 administration, and up to 85 minutes following patch removal. The results represent the change in mean (± 95% CI) systolic blood pressure from the mean pretreatment systolic blood pressure at each time point.
